Policy on unsolicited advertising

We are always interested in hearing from possible mid-morning, lunch and late-afternoon tea stops in the local countryside around Cambridge. If we decide to visit we'll add a link to our website.

Whilst our members may well be interested in commercial cycling holidays, it isn't the role of CTC Cambridge to get involved in publicising them so please don't sent us adverts. They will just be deleted. Don't ask us to forward adverts for cycling holidays to our members; we won't. And please don't ask us to add links to hotels and tour operators to our links page; we won't.

What we do

We organise four or five cycle rides a week throughout the year. Newcomers are welcome on all our rides.

Our main rides take place on Sundays: all-day (60-80 miles) and afternoon only (30-45 miles), depending on the time of year. We also have shorter Saturday morning rides (about 15-20 miles), at a slower rate than the Sunday rides. We also hold rides during the week. On Tuesdays our senior cyclists' group rides at a gentle pace to a pub for lunch and back (30-40 miles). On Wednesdays in the summer we we have short evening rides. Our Thursday rides are all-day but rather shorter than on Sundays (50-60 miles).
