CTC Cambridge's Senior Cyclists' Group usually meets at 9.30 or 10.00 on Tuesdays at one of

Madingley Road park and ride (west of Cambridge)
Trumpington park and ride (south-west of Cambridge)
Newmarket Road park and ride (east of Cambridge)

These start points offer free car (and cycle) parking, toilets, vending machines and shelter.

What we do

We organise four or five cycle rides a week throughout the year. Newcomers are welcome on all our rides.

Our main rides take place on Sundays: an all-day ride (between 60-90 miles) and an afternoon ride (30-50 miles). We also have shorter Saturday morning rides (15-25 miles) twice a month at a slower pace than the Sunday rides. We hold a mix of rides during the week. On Tuesdays our senior cyclists' group rides at a gentle pace to a pub for lunch and back (30-40 miles). On Wednesdays in the summer we have short evening rides. And on Thursdays we have an all-day ride that starts out-of-town and is usually shorter than the Sunday rides (at around 40-70 miles).
